YJZ-500B High Strength Bolt Tester

This instrument is designed and manufactured according to the relevant requirements of GB50205-2001 "Code for Acceptance of Steel Structure Engineering". It can detect the axial force, torque, and torque coefficient of large hexagonal high-strength bolt connection pairs (M16, M20, M22, M24, M27, M30) and torsion shear type high-strength bolt connection pairs (M16, M20, M22, M24), display and print them.

The loading method is 2000N M electric wrench.

When the axial force reaches the standard value, the detector emits a buzzing sound and records the detection data. At the same time, the detector automatically calculates the torque coefficient based on the detected axial force and torque and displays it automatically.

After a set of experiments is completed, the detector automatically calculates the average axial force, average torque, average torque coefficient, standard deviation, and coefficient of variation of N specimens; Enter the test number, model, grade, and specifications of the high-strength bolt.

It has parameter backup and recovery functions, automatic calibration function, and peak holding detection is also set according to the detection requirements of high-strength bolts.

In order to facilitate users to connect with computers, an RS232 interface has been set up; Data can be transmitted to a computer for further processing before printing a report (optional feature).
